Hey, Wiode here. So you might be wondering why there haven’t been any updates since October. The main reason is that our main cleaner/typesetter/editor aka Drakk has been AWOL for quite some time, and no one else has stepped up to the plate. If you want updates, someone has to help us out. As far as individuals series go:
Chanto Kaitemasu Kara – Finished the TL, the remaining chapters just need to be typeset. (I personally really liked this manga.)
Not Lives – TL is up to chapter 5. We need someone to typeset chapters 4 and 5. We also need someone to provide raw chapters in Japanese if you want me to continue TLing. Apparently it’s up to chapter 8.
Gakuto no Vector – Dropped? Unfortunately my Japanese proficiency is not enough to understand this manga, let alone translate it properly. Usually for every manga there will be 5% of the lines where I have to ask a Japanese friend (in Japanese) if I’m understanding those lines properly. With Gakuto there are like 30% of the lines where I don’t get it. I simply can’t do this series justice if I did TL it. If anyone is really good at Japanese and wants to TL this series for us, we welcome you. Otherwise, it’s indefinitely suspended.
If you are fine with just the TL text files themselves (they have each Japanese line with the English line underneath), then you can ask for them and I have no problem giving them to you. Just join channel #cinoss on the Rizon network and hit us up. The same applies if you want to join the group to help out.
I apologize for the lack of updates. We would love to get Not Lives up to date and take on some other series, but we really need some staff to help out.
